The National Commercial Bank was awarded the 2020 Libya Award for Digital Creativity and Excellence in the Smart Applications category for its innovative mobile application, "Mobi Mal." This recognition was announced during the Libya International Information Technology Forum, which took place in Tripoli from December 6th to 8th, 2020. The bank received this prestigious award due to the "Mobi Mal" application's advanced features and functionalities. These include comprehensive Mastercard management, Almadar Aljadid bill payment capabilities, and an integrated request management system. This achievement is attributed to the successful collaboration between the National Commercial Bank's specialized team and Masarat Company, underscoring the bank's commitment to digital innovation and enhancing the customer's banking experience.

The National Commercial Bank was awarded "2017 Best Bank in Libya" for premium banking services by the Union of Arab Banks, recognizing its growth, commitment to diverse and superior services, and successful expansion strategy, with emphasis on electronic banking.

For reaching 80,000 Mobi Mal app subscribers through a successful marketing plan in 2013, the National Commercial Bank's Retail and Corporate Sales Department was awarded the Shield of Excellence by Masarat Information Technology and Communications Company.
